as the matrix year moves towards its end, all begin to move towards writing resolutions for the upcoming new year..... just another "corporate" practice to keep beings simply occupied fixing resolutions for the problems that they don't even know..... and, to keep them motivated in order to keep them intact in the rat race..... fix goals for the year and stay busy being in the work-force..... what a trick..!!! but, the questions still remain is- what actually needs a reSOLUTION..??? what is one finding the reSOLUTION to..??? resolution is re-solution,  this simply implies to again find the solution..... but, what is one missing that one has to find again..??? and it is- the solution to the biggest problem for a being called "bearth"- being trapped in the cycle of bearths & bearths..... and that is the only matter, the only problem and the only goal which is worth finding the re-solution for..!!! thence, there is no other real resolution for a being than to fi...

now a days, there's quite a buzz around the word "gut", and, everybody is trying to do max possible just to make their gut healthy..... beings eat only what is good for their gut, what is light on their gut, what is gut friendly..!!! today, the crazy-ness has reached to the point that now gut has become the brain and beings call it "the gut brain" and, this all started with the western phrases - "the gut feeling" & "do you have the guts?" the same old western gimmick of tricking population to derail & distract them from the real and keep them busy illusioned in the irrelevant and the unnecessary..... and, there are always beings ready to buy any new idea thrown at them and they become the buyers, sellers & promoters of all what is thrown in the world bazaar, without applying any common sense..... and the outcome is- a world full of people with gut as their new brain..... however, no body is bothered about the real brain, but, they...

  every being has a family, that's what all beings think like..... for family today means the ones one is born out of and born with, whereas, family actually means to be familiar with..... familiar with what..??? simple, to be familiar with  - from where one has come? - where & why has one landed? - why has one come into that family unit? - what goal is one going to act towards? certainly, the answer to these questions makes one familiar of the another being to be called as family..... however, in the time when beings aren't able to figure out an answer to a question "who am i?" about their self, therefore, the possibility of figuring out the answer to these question about the ones that one is born around seems "nil"..... and, there definition of family seems completely rejected in the natural order, for, if the beings that one is born from or born with is to be called as family, then, the wheat & the weeds grow from the same mother-land and are born...

today, success is defined  by-  how deeper one is  drowned in the  establishment  system..!!! the more drowned one is, more one is said to be success-full..... therefore, success today directly  relates to the trapped state of a being, than being free spirited or being liberated..... have a look at the world where a liberated one is considered as an escapist and,  a completely trapped one considered to be successful..... look at the blind-ness, beings feel success in a system which sucks them for their life..... ~ success in education implies the system's success to program & corrupt being's mind, ~ success in hellthcare implies the system's success to make one more being dependent on pharma produced supplements & drugs, ~ success in job or business implies the system's success in adding one more being to the establishment's work force for paper currency, and, as a whole success means the whole system turned successful in keeping slaves intact ...

the more poise you are, the more poisonous you seem to the society and, the more poisonous you are, the more poised you look to society..... poise means to be in the total balance; the balance of the body, balance of mind, balance in the speech and balance of the total well-being-ness and, rare is such balance, for such balance aka the state of poise is attained thru' everyday penance..... however, one doesn't have to go far to be poisoned; the poisoned talks, the poisoned attitude, poisoned habits, poisoned foods and poisoned beings are easily available in the routine market..... choosing poise is natural whereas choosing poison is unnatural..... choosing being with poise is natural whereas choosing poisoned being/s is unnatural..... still, beings at large would always choose beings who are poisoned, who will fill them with all poisonous and who will not disturb their poisonous habits & behavior..... what all takes away one's poise is poisonous, even if it is one'...

"only  actions yield  fruits"   "CHOICE is the first action that a being has to make" and, thereafter, follow the actual action,  however, in today's world, thinking, seeing, reading, silence or just sitting with closed eyes is considered to be the action.....  but, is it real action..??? let's look at it..... - seeing food is not action, eating food is action - looking at a car is not action, driving the car is action - thinking about a being is not action, speaking to a being is action - reading any content is not action, taking action on the learning is action - silence is inaction, speaking is action therefore, this makes it simple & sensical to understand action.....  "only actions make one active" & "only actions yield fruits" and,  "what actions one takes frequently determines the frequency....." frequent low actions through body & speech makes one's frequency fall low, viz. lowly talks, gossip, condemning...
